Call your local autobody shops. Many of them are very talented and may do what you want, or look to welding and machine shops. Just grab the phone book and start calling.

Absolutely-

Garage Company Customs in Pelham, Alabama. They do pretty fabulous work, but the best thing is they’re kinda… uh, cheap. I told them a hundred times they ought to charge more, but oh well! Get it while you can!

I just checked the website and they’re still going strong. Google em. I have no clue where you live, so that might have something to do with your answer. Custom tanks need to be referenced to your bike (if the builder is worth a crap) meaning they need your bike to do the build. If you can, edit your question and provide at least the state you’re in. That might make a difference in the quality of answers you get. I imagine some moron telling you "heck ya there’s this dude in Portugal- he does great work"
