It depend on who and how they rode the bike. I know few people have sport bikes with over 50K miles. But I’m sure these people didn’t abuse their bike like some people do. They don’t try to race light to light every day.
I would say anything under 20K is good, under 10K should be very good

Shafty rallies have some R60/2s with 200,000 miles on them show up- that means 40 years old at least. 30 year old Goldwings like mine still on road with 100,000 miles. Million mile Harley recently given to Sturgis museum by Wisconsin politician Ed Zien- was a late 1990s model I think.

Buddy of mine has a Honda 500 V-Twin with 145,000 miles with nothing but normal maintenance.

On the other hand, a neglected bike can have it’s engine shot within 10,000 miles.

I’ve seen bikes with as little as 2000mi on them absolutely thrashed and bikes with 100,000 mi in perfect running order. My old BMW had 368,000 mi on it when I sold it a year later I saw her and couldn’t believe how bad she was .It made me really sad to know I sold her to such an A hole that thrashed her so badly.

in general bikes with coolant usually get more miles than those that are air cooled also the larger the engine equals higher miles my v65 sabre has over 100000 miles and i still drive it every day with no problems
