I lost my lic for a year and heard you can go to racing schools or tracks without one.
Some track days that i have been on say that must have at least had a licence before letting you ride. i think its just so they know you can ride more then anything.
Others like a couple at Cadwell Park and Oulton Park have not bothered. There was a young lad riding his dads Honda RS 125 like a missile. He over took everybody. When he took his helmet off, he was only about 13 / 14 I’d say.
Best thing is to phone the company running the track day first.

On private property, motor vehicle laws can not be enforced…..you can drive ANYTHING you wish on private property as long as the vehicles do not enter the public roadways.
That being said, if you can transport the bike to the track legally, you can legally race…the only requirement is that you pay your entry fees.
