Just curious as to what the difference in racing in a car, and racing on a motorcycle is.
I take it you wanted to type "died" ?
Well if you look at road races like the IOM and NW200 etc, the its quite high.
As for MotoGP as an example, the last rider to die was Kato-san in 2003.
As for car racing, I cant help you on that one, sorry.

Too many to list, last one i heard of was Australian superbike rider who died in Tasmanian race earlier this year. Havn’t heard of a car racer killed for a while-but so much racing all over the world every weekend would be hard to track.
