Beginner can be started in AFM with several different level classes.

AFM is big in northern CA. They do Thunderhill, Infineon and Buttonwillow

Go through a trackday company if your looking to get started. Pacific Track Time or Zoom Zoom are a couple

There is I’m sure.

I know of about 10 in the UK but none state side, sorry.
